By using the Explorat website (getexplorat.com) or our WhatsApp service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

Nature of the services

We provide social media marketing services such as more followers, likes and views, delivered through external providers. These platforms are independent of us, are not affiliated with Explorat, and may change their policies at any time.

Account and balance

• You sign in with your phone number and a code sent to you on WhatsApp, and you are responsible for keeping your device and account secure.
• Prices and balance are in US dollars, and an order's price is deducted from your balance when you confirm it.
• Your balance is topped up via the MyFatoorah gateway, and the final amount is shown before the payment is completed.

Orders and delivery

• The account or post must remain public for the whole delivery period, and the link must be correct.
• Do not order the same service on the same link before the previous order is complete, because the orders overlap and cannot be told apart.
• The start times and speeds in each service's description are estimates and may be delayed depending on platform load.
• Changing the link or username, or making the account private during delivery, may cause the order to complete without full delivery, and this is not our responsibility.

Guarantee and refill

Services that mention a guarantee or refill in their name are refilled if the count drops within the stated period. Services without a guarantee may drop later due to platform updates and are not covered by refills.

Acceptable use

Our services may not be used for any content that is illegal, abusive or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse any order or suspend any account that does so, or that misuses the website or the AI assistant.

Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee business results, sales growth or organic engagement, and we are not responsible for any action social media platforms take against accounts. Our liability is in all cases limited to the value of the order concerned.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and changes take effect from the date they are published on this page.
